TCY Pilates is opening a new Studio at the Urban Angel Centre in Gosforth in September.

TCY Pilates will be offering a wide range of Pilates and Barre Classes for all ages and fitness levels. We also plan to run various workshops focusing on movement and wellbeing in midlife.
